1. Services & Agreements

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client owns the finished website design and front-facing content. Kinetic Frameworks retains ownership of any pre-existing code, proprietary tools, or developer-owned logic used in the build.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Either party may terminate a project at any time. If cancelled by the client, they are responsible for payment for all milestones reached or hours worked up to the date of cancellation. Initial deposits remain non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or server downtime once the site is live. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

7. Post-Launch Support

Unless a monthly maintenance plan is active, any work requested after the site launch will be billed at our standard hourly rate. We are not responsible for site breaks caused by client-side edits or third-party plugin updates after handover.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the residing state. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of the local city council.
